Wasabi

"Wasabi" is a 2001 French action-comedy film directed by Gérard Krawczyk. The story follows a tough and straight-talking French detective named Hubert Fiorentini, played by Jean Reno, who travels to Tokyo to settle the estate of his long-lost love.
