The Experiment

'The Experiment' is a 2001 German thriller film directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel. The movie is based on the infamous Stanford prison experiment and follows a group of volunteers who are recruited to take part in a simulated prison scenario. As the experiment progresses, the situation spirals out of control and the participants' behaviors become increasingly disturbing.
