
Rebecca
"Rebecca" is a 1940 American psychological thriller film directed by Alfred Hitchcock, based on the novel of the same name by Daphne du Maurier. It follows the story of a woman who marries a wealthy widower and moves into his large estate, Manderley, where she is haunted by the memory of his first wife, Rebecca. The film stars Laurence Olivier and Joan Fontaine.
