Ransom (1996)

In "Ransom," a wealthy couple's son is kidnapped, and the father decides to defy the kidnappers' ransom demands by offering the money as a bounty on the kidnappers' heads instead. The father, played by Mel Gibson, takes matters into his own hands as he works with the FBI to track down the kidnappers and rescue his son.
