Kit Harington is a British actor best known for his role as Jon Snow on the hit HBO series Game of Thrones (2011-2019). Born on December 26, 1986, in London, England, Harington attended the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. His portrayal of Jon Snow earned him international fame and several award nominations, making him one of the standout actors of the show.
Outside of Game of Thrones, Harington has appeared in films like Pompeii (2014), Testament of Youth (2014), and as Dane Whitman in the Marvel film Eternals (2021). He is also an accomplished stage actor, having performed in productions such as War Horse and Doctor Faustus. In 2018, he married his Game of Thrones co-star Rose Leslie.
