Captain Clegg

Set in 18th century England, "Captain Clegg" follows a small coastal village terrorized by a group of smugglers led by the ruthless Captain Clegg. When a naval officer arrives to investigate the smuggling activities, he uncovers a dark secret involving the apparent ghostly figure of Dr. Blyss.
